The hard candy production line is a large-scale, end-to-end production line for hard candy, from raw material pretreatment to finished product packaging. It can produce not only conventional candies such as fruit hard candies, mint hard candies, and milk-flavored hard candies, but also flexibly switch between flavors, shapes, and sizes by changing molds and adjusting the formula. Its core consists of four key modules: sugar dissolving and filtering, vacuum cooking, molding and cooling, and screening and packaging. All parts of the equipment that come into contact with materials are made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, strictly complying with food safety standards. It has a wide production capacity range (100-500 kg/h), adapting to the production needs of enterprises of different sizes.

1. Employing a precision casting process, syrup is directly injected into customized molds, enabling the production of round, square, irregularly shaped, and various cartoon-themed hard candies. Candy size and weight errors are ≤2%, with smooth, burr-free surfaces. The filling amount for filled hard candies is precisely controllable (error ≤3%). Compared to stamping/rolling molding, this method produces products with richer shapes, more uniform appearance, and higher added value.

2. Capable of producing both standard single-color hard candies and two- or three-color layered hard candies, as well as filled hard candies (jam, cream, nut fillings, etc.). It also allows for flexible switching between sugar-free and functional hard candy formulas. Mold changes are convenient, with different shapes/specifications possible within 1-2 hours, meeting the needs of small-batch, multi-category production.

3. The entire production line integrates sugar melting, cooking, heat preservation casting, cooling and shaping, demolding, and packaging, eliminating the need for manual handling.

4. Equipped with a constant-temperature casting system, it avoids syrup blockage caused by solidification during cooling. It offers strong stability during continuous operation, improving efficiency by 40% compared to semi-automated production lines. The above requires only 3-5 people to monitor and operate.

5. The cooking system, equipped with vacuum degassing technology, precisely controls the syrup cooking temperature at 150-160℃, maintaining a stable moisture content below 2%, ensuring the hard candy is crisp and non-sticky.

6. All food-contact parts are made of 304/316 food-grade stainless steel, and the molds are made of high-temperature resistant alloy material, eliminating any unsanitary corners.
